Summer Day - The Cafe
Here at Summer Day we make all of our soups from scratch. Most of our soups are made gluten free. On the rare occasion that we add a thickener to our soup we try to use gluten free flours. Our chef will be able to determine if a soup is gluten free or not.
Our café is not 100% gluten free, however, we are able to make gluten free options. We have your choice of, brown rice tortillas, millet & flax wraps, or gluten free bread. Please let our chef know that you are gluten free ,and he will help assist you in choosing a sandwich. All of pur soups are gluten free! If a soup calls for a noodle, we use brown rice pasta, and all flours used are gluten free. Please know that our smoothies are made with fresh fruit that is frozen. Therefore, our smoothies are naturally gluten free.
